Our delivery times do not take into account the time spent preparing orders, which can vary from 24 to 48 hours (standard working days).

They don't take the 7 to 10 days manufacturing time either.

Preparation times may be increased by up to 4 working days at particular times of the year (seasonal sales, private sales, etc.) due to the higher volume of orders.

If there is a problem with the availability of the products or unclear information, we will contact you.


Shipping costs & Delivery times

Delivery times vary according to the country of destination and the delivery method chosen. These elements are indicated in your basket, once you have entered your delivery address and selected your delivery method.

For deliveries within Switzerland and outside the EU, customs delays may occur. Therefore, please consider a longer delivery time of up to one week.


International tax

Customers outside the European Union may be required to pay taxes, which are not included in the cost of the order. Depending on the country and your delivery address, the amount of these taxes varies. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order.

Return Policy

 You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your package to return all or part of your order.  

Please note that products with detached price tags cannot be returned. The product(s) must not have been worn or washed. If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to refund your item.


Returns are at the customer's expense.


In the event of an error on our part (e.g. model, size), the cost of returns will be at our expense, excluding Chronopost delivery.


To make the return :

STEP 1

Return the product(s) in their original packaging, with their label uncut and in perfect condition.

STEP 2

Put the return form in your parcel, including the reason for the return and the order number of each item concerned.

STEP 3

Stick your return label on the parcel. The return address is: Powerlab - Damiani, 4Bis route Nationale, 57280 SEMECOURT, FRANCE.

STEP 4

Drop the parcel off :
- In a post office
- In Colissimo pick-up points
- To the carrier of your choice

STEP 5

Send us the tracking number of the parcel by e-mail.

STEP 6

You will be refunded within 15 days from the date of receipt of the parcel


You can send us an email informing us that you have returned your product(s) with your bank details.


Returns are processed within 15 days of receipt of the package.

Therefore, once we have received your return, we will check the conditions for a refund. If everything is in accordance with the conditions, you will be refunded as soon as possible and we will inform you by e-mail.


If we have refunded an incorrect amount, we ask you to contact our customer service. Please enter the corresponding order number, possibly the reference number of your invoice, and the name with which you made the order. This will help us to find a simple solution as quickly as possible.
